Here are the top stories in Houston today: The Astros' offense came alive with seven runs in the ninth inning as Houston rallied to beat the Red Sox in Game 4 of the ALCS and tie the series at two games apiece. Game 5 is in Boston on Wednesday. (Houston Patch) A plane failed to take off from the runway and crashed Tuesday morning in Waller County west of Katy. The plane broke into several pieces and burst into flames but all 21 passengers and crew were able to evacuate the plane before first responders arrived. Two were taken to a hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.
