In UCSD, we are proud of how our strategic planning processes have evolved and improved over time to create a system that is more aligned, focused on improvement, and integrated in a systems approach and culture of collaboration. UCSD's annual improvement goals and strategic actions cascade to building and department goals and strategic actions through our annual strategic improvement planning process.
