Officials Investigate Jersey City Woman Found Dead In Apartment

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Officials are looking for more information about the death of a 27-year-old woman who was found in her Woodlawn Avenue apartment in Jersey City on Tuesday afternoon. Jersey City Police responded to a call on Tuesday about a deceased woman at 131 Woodlawn Avenue in Jersey City. Officers found a lifeless 27-year-old woman – later identified as Diamond Davila –who was pronounced deceased at 3:08 p.m. accordign to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. The cause and manner of death are pending the findings of the Regional Medical Examiner's Office.
