Get the rusted underbody truck to past emissions. I have a 1996 Ford F-350 with 85K miles on a good engine. Was a farm box truck for moving produce. You need to be knowledgable and brave to tackle a rusted exhaust and bolts, leaking rear main seal, and bushings. Possibly plugs. Expect to break a nut or two in handling rusted/fused bolts. If you're up for the job, you will be helping a good cause. I will tell you when you respond. In addition to a brave heart, you will need: - a shop with a lift to do the work right - full range of tools including a torch to unstuck bolts if needed, and - experience with Ford trucks. Text me.
