This position is responsible for building maintenance and construction services at Mile High Flea Market by performing the following duties.
Supervises all carpentry projects.
Partners with Facilities manager on all phases of projects.
Budgets project costs based on material and labor needs.
Trains team members on the necessary skills if needed to perform their duties correctly.
Maintains all food service stands, marketplace and seller buildings.
Services, repairs and re-keys all locks.
Measures, cuts and drills materials.
Power washes building fronts and stands as needed.
Oversees/ maintains and repairs all gates, wagons, pushcarts, shopping carts, tent, shade coverings and tables.
Assists with snow removal as needed.
Performs activities of those supervised.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides supports to special events as needed.
