Founders Maintenance and Restoration is looking to hire Punch Out Carpenters for the Savannah, GA area. Job duties will include, but are not limited to: • Reviewing and becoming familiar with the bid/estimate for each assigned project and maintaining a full understanding of the scope of work to be completed. • Perform minor maintenance repairs per bid either alone or with other team member(s) as necessary. • Track and keep a record of materials expenses for each project. • Take direction from Team Leaders to complete tasks as part of renovation projects. Follow schedules and assigned tasks to complete projects in a timely manner. • Complete small, medium, and large renovation, remodeling, and maintenance projects alone and/or as part of a team. • Maintain each worksite in a safe and clean manner. Ensure the work area is cleaned up adequately on a daily basis. • Provide on-the-job training to apprentice team members, and mentor lesser skilled team members. • Coordinate for material and trash removal/pickup. • At the end of each project, ensure the job site is returned to the Client in the same condition as prior to work. • Provide outstanding customer service to our Clients, and convey a positive and friendly attitude to vendors, suppliers, and the general public. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner. • Must report to the Project Lead. • Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation to get to work. • Must have a smart phone capable of running apps used by Founders. • At least one year of Construction experience is preferred. • Must be punctual and reliable.
