Sweet guy in need of new home

With broken hearts we are having to Rehome our Silver Doberman. He is being Rehomed for health reasons and this has been extremely difficult. I have some health conditions that are causing mobility issues and this guy deserves more than I can give right now. We have tried everything possible to be able to keep him and just can’t. There is a Rehoming Fee and we will be very picky about his new home. Must have room for him to run, or time to take him on walks, and time to give him the attention he deserves. We do not have cats so I can’t answer how he does with them. However he doesn’t seem to be too bothered by them when he’s outside. He’s also the only dog in the house. He has been around other dogs and interacted fine. He’s a timid guy so he usually just hides a bit at first until he warms up. He’s afraid of everything lol! There is not a mean bone in this guy anywhere! Obie is a very sweet and loving guy. He is neutered and chipped. Obie would like to think he is a lap dog and doesn’t quite realize his size. He is great with kids and very attentive to them! He does not run off, he is very much a stay near his people kind of guy. He knows basic commands. He doesn’t love the idea of getting into the car and is very nervous during car rides. He doesn’t jump up on people, but jumps around you in excitement like a prance kind of. He also doesn’t love to get into the tub for bath time, but does great once he is in there! He is completely house trained no accidents. He doesn’t chew things other than his toys.
