Eastern European Folk band seeks a VIOLINIST and PERCUSSIONIST

Hello, we are an Ashland-based quartet of guitar, mandolin, clarinet and upright bass. Two of us are vocalists and we sing harmonies in several languages. We play a mix of vibrant old-world Eastern European Slavic and Romani (gypsy) folk songs, mixed in with some vintage jazz and swing. The music is upbeat and great for dancing, balanced by some slower ballads. We bring a cultural flavor that is rare in this valley. We are looking for an experienced violin player to join us. We are hoping to find someone who has a love for this style of music and enjoys playing in minor keys. We are also looking for a percussionist who can play cajón, tambourines, shakers, etc. Many of our songs change tempo within the song, so someone with a solid sense of rhythm and being able to move with the changes in the song would be essential.
