Ensemble Theater Company is looking to hire on an as needed basis carpenters for builds, load ins and load outs.
The position would work primarily in our carpentry shop in Goleta with our Technical Director to achieve all the builds for the Ensemble theater season and any third party contracts. Position will use power tools including table saw, chop saw, screw gun, pneumatic tools and welding equipment to construct from lumber and steel all the needed pieces for each show.
All types of woodworking and carpentry as well as welding and metal working skills are needed!
Position will also assist in load ins and load outs as well as final touches to finish a set in the New Vic Theater, Santa Barbara.
