High Performance Structures, Inc. provides a variety of construction services, including residential new construction, commercial construction, additions and tenant-finishes. Our company specializes in insulating concrete form (ICF) construction, which is energy-efficient, fire and wind-resistant, environment-friendly and structurally superior to standard stick-built construction. -Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent -Reliable transportation & willingness to travel -Comfortable working at heights from ladders & scaffolding -Operate a variety of hand/power tools -Have & maintain basic construction tools & equipment -Ability to operate excavation equipment is a plus -Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. -Read & interpret plans -ICF installation & rough framing experience a plus -Team-oriented -Ability to communicate in English, written & oral -Basic computer skills -Keep up in a fast-paced active work environment and have a sense of adventure while working across the Front Range Benefits: Disability insurance after 90 days, Paid Vacation after 1 year.
