Fusion Guitarist (SouthBay) and Drummer (Pasadena) looking for Bassist to round out Fusion Trio rhythm section for weekly rehearsals and eventually local gigs. Potentially adding Keys and Horn players into the mix. Influences: Percy Jones, Marcus Miller, Oteil Burbridge, Jaco Pastorius, Billy Cobham, Dennis Chambers, Adam Deitch, Jeff Sipe, Derek Trucks Band, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Brand X, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Herring, Julian Lage, Holdsworth, Guthrie Govan, Miles, Coltrane, Herbie, Robert Glasper, Cory Henry, Chick Corea, Jean-Luc Ponty, etc. I (guitarist) was performing with a quartet in 2020 before the lockdown (keys, bass, guitar, drums). We performed covers (with some original arrangements) and wrote original fusion tunes. The keyboardist from the previous group is on a hiatus from playing live currently due to COVID, but most likely will be rejoining the group soon. I graduated from Berklee and recently met the talented drummer who graduated from Los Angeles School Of Music. We have been meeting at Exposition Studios in Culver City and are both Fully Vaccinated.
