Experience in holiday lighting preferred, roofing experience being able to walk the edge on all roofs is a must - tiles, etc. little things in this line of work are what makes the job complete. Example: male and male plugs do not mix, females plugs have the power and give it to the males. Jumping cords must be hidden, lights must be in a straight row, peaks must have a light at each center, etc. quality is half the job. I will show and supervise first few houses from there you understand or not. My best crews make 8-10 houses a day and the average is 4-6 houses a day anything below will not work. There is a lot of opportunity for good money in this gig but I will not tolerate any theft which includes working under the table for cash for customers. I had 18 people last year and I fired all of them and growing 200% more this year with twice as less people. This isn’t my first year or second, there are no secrets here relating to work I will know everything. I am extremely grateful for my teams this year and I am easy to work with just do good work and the reward will be very satisfying.
