i cant believe im doing this.. 9amish lyft pulls into my apartment complex. im tired and hungover waiting out front. Opens drivers side back door like a dummy me: hello is this my lyft driver J**** my name is j**** (my name is more biblical than hers, thnx mom) driver: yes sir :D, how are you this morning? (in assumed midwest/southern accent/def not from newmex) me: goodmorning thank you (awkward as hell as i simultaneously knock my big dumb head on the door/realize i got in on the wrong side/try to slide to the opposite side of the back seat as to not sit behind her like some creep/while at the same time sharing mutual eye contact through the rear veiw mirror) the rest was sort of a blurrr.. you gave me a ride 2 the BOA off isleta. you told me you had only be driving a week or two while you were waiting for security clearance at your new IT job (made me like u even more) told you i would be out the bank shortly if you were going to still be driving. you smiled and offered to wait. i said fuk that, make your money. we exchanged pleasantries a moment longer and i was on my way. thank you for being such a beautiful human. stay blessed.
