working cover band looking for guitarist

Hey there, I am the current guitarist of a great cover band here in town. I am looking to audition my replacement. They don't know I'm leaving yet. I want to work with you until you're gig ready so that they have a smooth transition and so they can avoid any gaps in gigs that are already scheduled. We have a solid 2 weekend gigs a month. We frequent the new full circle and sequoia brewery alot. Usually practice on Sundays but not all the time. Just when everyone feels we need to add something or it's been a while since a gig. Gig scheduling is nice and comfortable not pushy. I love these people very much. They are dear friends of mine so I want to be sure they can keep doing what they love without any bumps between gigs. My wife and I just had our second child and it's just too much to juggle anymore it's time for me to focus on my home life full time. We have a beautiful air conditioned practice space at studio 9 in tower. Two singers, one male one female. Male plays keys as well. Female is an absolutely unreal vocalist. Both are great and always in key which is the most important part. They harmonize like little birds it's beautiful. Having them fronting you is immeasurably valuable to say the least. You need to be pro at what you do of course. If you're good at guitar then you know. Need to have pro gear and transportation. You will be taking leads here and there. We've got a 3 hour setlist. Mostly top 40. Got some Foo fighters, some Ariana grande, some Shania twaine, some incubus, some daft punk, some smashmouth, some adelle, some Stevie wonder, some maroon 5, prince purple rain, Etc. I dont want to mention the name of the band right now because I dont want someone to contact them and find out I'm leaving just yet. So again, I'm essentially looking to audition my replacement and then spend a month or so with you privately to get you up to speed with the setlist. Thanks.
