Mosaic is looking for outgoing and friendly Brand Ambassadors to work at a big box store to help promote a new food conscious smart phone app and distribute flyers in a leading retailer. We are looking for someone who has experience doing demos, is outgoing, can self-manage, create excitement about a product and is comfortable operating as a solo representative. This Brand Ambassador must be able to interact with people of all ages and must feel comfortable explaining a brand’s offerings without a direct supervisor to defer questions to during the event. Requirements: •Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6 hours consistently •Able to lift 30+ pounds •Ability to construct/deconstruct a pop-up stand •Must be able to transport and store materials •Personal Smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting •Must wear PPE (facial mask) entire shift Duties Include (but are not limited to): •Completion of Brand training •Ability to use an iPad to demonstrate and help register customers to use it (no sales) •Must be comfortable standing/walking for the duration of the shift •Materials transport to and from event •Setup/tear down display and samples •Engage with Customers and Distribute flyers •Educate Consumers on Brand (Grocery Food App) •Completion of Daily Reporting Locations: (Will vary based on territory) Territories listed below: Each shift will occur at a separate location •Worcester, MA (85) •Worcester, MA (37) •Worcester, MA (79) •Worcester, MA (57) Program Dates/Times/Hours: •Candidate must be available for 40 HRS/Week during the program dates •October 25th through December 23rd (8-week program) •2 store visits per shift (3.5 hours each) daily •8:00am-4:00pm Pay/Mileage: •$25/hour •Mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of $.35 per mile for anything driven over 20 miles roundtrip •Drive time is given 1 way per day Paid Virtual Online Training: •TBD If you have read the information above in it's entirely and you meet all the requirements and are available for ALL dates, please send an email with the following in order to be considered: 1.
