We are Owens Corning's #1 platinum preferred contractor for 4 years running and we are growing. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to over see our installs who is highly motivated, enjoys helping people and is willing to put in the work. Management/Leadership skills preferred Task Oriented Excellent communication skills Valid drivers license required Job duties include: Plan and draw up a production schedule Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed Liaise with different supplier, companies, and managers Ensure customers orders are completed in time and quality standards are met Supervise and motivate our crews Review work performance and installation process Ensuring all production reporting is completed accurately Visits Job sites regularly Ensures safe work environment for crews Ensures customer orders are correct prior to install SALARY 40-50k Give us a call and let's get an interview scheduled!
