My company is an established, and growing pool service and repair company looking to hire a pool service route technician. We are based out of Poway and service about a 15 mile radius surrounding. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for long-term employment. You will need to be professional, presentable, wear the provided uniform, be punctual, and dependable. Most days start at 7:30am. Candidate MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Pool Service Technician Who we are looking for: Our next Pool Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining all the swimming pools and spas on their route, including: balancing water chemistry, cleaning, and monitoring customer equipment. Our accounts have automatic cleaners and we use Riptide vacs on the trucks for heavy debris scenarios. This job does require some light labor. You must be able to carry 50 lbs. Walk up and down some steps with tools. Looking for someone with a strong work ethic. Prior experience is welcomed but will train as well. The position starts at $20-$22 an hour. Over 30 hours a week qualifies for health benefits. If you have great work history and experience pay scale can be commensurate. WE are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks and offer paid time off those weeks.
