Landscape - Revegetating weeds and natural desert

I need some help revegetating an area that is pure dirt right now back to its original desert landscape. See attached 2 pics. One of the empty area, the other is how it should look like. I am buying some indigenous plants that needs planting, and need raking, accelerate growth of the grass weeds and make it look natural. If the post is up - the job is still open. Please send relevant experience and ballpark how much you would charge for your time.
