We have Full-Time Opportunities for Internships and/or Apprenticeship as well as Positions for Laborers, Lead Installers, and Working Foreman. Requirements: -Show Up on Time Every Day -No Drugs -Own Reliable Vehicle and Cell Phone -Work the Necessary Hours to Get the Job Done -Excellent Eye for Detail -Did I Say No Drugs? -Ability to Lift and Carry 100lbs or More -Ability to Work Unsupervised at Times Duties Include But are Not Limited to: -Loading and Unloading Material -Digging Post Holes Either by Hand, Auger, or Bobcat -Mixing Concrete by Hand or Mixer -Stick and/or MIG Welding -Read and Understand Plans for Fencing Installs and Material Lists -Ability to Communicate Efficiently, Effectively, and Strategically -Cleaning Tools and Jobsite at the End of the Day Our Work Takes Us All Over the Phoenix Valley and Surrounding Areas with Some Occasional Out of Town but is Also 98% Outdoors so Must be Able to Handle Extreme Heat at Times Performance and Experience-Based Daily Wage in the Range of $16-$25 per hour and Bonuses Paid Cash Weekly to those Who Show Up and Finish the Job(s) at Owner's Discretion and Will Be Based on Experience and Performance.
