Yard needs to be cleaned up ASAP

Hello, I'd like someone to clean up a neglected yard in the Hopewell Township part of Aliquippa. I'm willing to pay $40 since the grass will be tall. But that is for 2 hours of work at 20/hour -- weed whacking, mowing, raking up dead grass, pulling any weeds or vines, etc... taking all of the yard scraps away. A good cleanup job. Not just a 20 minute mow and leave. I am out of state right now, so I can only pay via venmo or zelle. If you do not know what venmo is or zelle -- please do not respond to this. I expect several photos of the yard BEFORE you start, showing me how bad it is... and several photos of the yard AFTER you are done, showing me all that you did to clean it up. You will not be paid if you do not follow these instructions. Assuming this goes well, I am happy to keep using you for yard clean up next season. The house is in a suburban neighborhood off of Brodhead Road, not too far from Shulligan's and Hopewell Junior high school. Look that area up on google maps please.
