Hello, I have a small sweet dog that we wish we were better parents for. My wife and I adopted the dog from craigslist during the pandemic while we were both working from home. Since then our schedules have changed dramatically. Our little dog spends days alone outside, and generally neglected during the time that we are home as we tend to our infant and older daughter. Included are a few photos and a video of Waffles. She’s about 9 months old, approximately 10 lbs, and half a foot in stature. She’s made good friends with our older, female dog, and is OK with our cats and baby if they don’t mind the licks. She enjoys having the run of the yard to play. Waffles is not yet house trained, chews everything except her chew toy, and will jump up to greet humans. She’s fully up to date on her vaccinations, healthy and just wants to love and be loved in return. We adopted Waffles at 2 months old, enjoy her and aren’t happy for her to leave our family. Though we have failed to provide the attention any puppy deserves, and wish for her to thrive.
