Immediately Hiring Two Warehouse Associates! Starts at $16.00 / hourly, medical/dental/vision, 401K Full-time Warehouse help at one of our Ford automotive dealerships in Austin (Duval & Research). We are looking for one superstar that is willing to learn the business from the ground floor and have the opportunity to grow with the company. Job Description: The warehouse position accurately and safely receives, moves, stages, stocks automotive parts to the dealership standard to ensure high level customer service for pick-ups and deliveries. Need to be in good physical condition and able to be on your feet for the majority of the day as you will be moving and lifting items such as batteries, tires, auto parts, body parts, etc. Job duties & functions include: Accurately receiving/sorting and stocking parts Accurately pull, load and or stage parts for delivery/pick-up Promptly unload trucks and deliveries throughout the day Performs other duties as assigned General housekeeping tasks as required Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working areas Required frequently: Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, squatting, reaching below, at, and above shoulder level may be required. Push/pull, lift parts up to 75 lbs. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Works with sense of urgency and purpose Multi-tasking abilities Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully at all times Operates with sense of teamwork Physically capable to lift up to 60 lbs Strong work ethic On-time attendance is a must Must be able to pass background Schedule: One shift is Mon through Fri ; 7 am to 4 pm, and the second shift is Mon through Fri ; 8 am to 5 pm, both shifts with a one hour lunch. Open to Saturday availability, rare but opportunity for OT. Open to potential overtime throughout the week as well. Compensation: $16.00 hourly to start Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision after 60 days, 401k after one year, paid holidays and paid sick time.
