Facility Maintenance with Hot Tub Experience

The Everett House Healing Center seeks a fully qualified maintenance person with hot tub experience. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and compassionate person that is mechanically inclined and has strong trouble shooting skills. Must have basic knowledge of household repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc... Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. • Pre-open routine (cleaning grounds, unlocking doors, testing hot tub water, and amending) • Assisting in larger projects, including light construction, repairing/replacing equipment, gates, fences, doors • Some Landscaping • Respond to Repair Request in a timely and efficient manner • Provide professional customer service at all times • Must be available for weekend shifts, and Monday's in addition to some mid-week shifts • Must be comfortable and familiar with the use of power tools • Must be self-directed to work independently • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Work Environment The employee must be respectful of working in a healing environment and always be aware to maintain our guest's privacy.
