MUST HAVE CURRENT TANKER/HAZMAT ENDORSEMENTS
NO DUI'S OR CARELESS DRIFING IN THE LAST 5 YEARS
NO MORE THAN 2-3 TRAFFIC CITATIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
