I am seeking a licensed general contractor to complete several jobs with my current renovations w a condo and also RV Gymboree. Yo Hablo Espanol. I understand Spanish and speak some. So second languages are welcome. Instalación de piso y gabinete Our last contractor was unable to complete the jobs he started. So, this will be finishing off jobs already started. If this is an issue for you, keep looking, this isn't your job. If you are not contracted in NY state, no worries, but I will expect you to sign a waiver. The budget for this stage of completion is negotiable, I prefer to pay for jobs completed. (We need Flooring completed - two small areas (half of the room completed), Kitchen Cabinet & Counter Install, 10 x 10 Ikea, & 1 Patio Door & 1 Window Install.) To finish, you would need to at least be here once or twice a week. Materials will be purchased and delivered. I also have an early 80s Gymboree RV that needs some cabinetry demo and installation and roof sealant applied which would be off of a different budget: $2K. I only ask for 4 things from you, in addition to knowing what you are doing, SAFELY: 1. Show up. (If you agree to come work, show up. If you are constantly scheduling and canceling, I won't continue to give you work.) 2. Be respectful, which includes wearing a mask while inside. 3. Absolutely no smoking, drinking or any activity that can impair your judgment. 4. Don’t try to price gouge me. I know the cost of supplies and labor.
