We have a female American short hair tabby with a pink collar and a name tag that has been hanging out on our patio for a couple of weeks. We don’t know if it belongs to a neighbor or is lost or has been dumped. It disappears during the day and comes back at night. She seems to be really hungry, which suggests that she may be lost or has been dumped. She appears to be between 1-3 years old.
