Need Opening Created

I am looking for someone who has experience in demoing/creating openings for a doorway. We are a gym in Stratford and looking to make an opening from our reception are to back office space (see pic). The space is behind the cooler in the attached pic. The dimensions of the wall are 65" in width and 107" in height. We would like to demo the current wall and finish the opening with sheetrock/framing to look nice and even all around. A glass door company will install a door after the opening is created. If you are interested in this post, please let me know your experience and how much you would charge to get the job done. We will purchase all material needed. Thank You
