POSITION SUMMARY: Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance and custodial/janitorial duties in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition that will meet company standards and attract residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Valid Nevada Drivers license • Handle basic installations and repairs. • Plumbing, and electrical issues are PLUS, but not required • Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork is a PLUS, but not required • Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties • Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes • Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building Anza Management considers for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements EEOC/FEHC/ADA Laws and the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring (Ban the Box) Ordinance.
