TO APPLY PLEASE READ BELOW Local commercial maintenance company is looking for a working supervisor Position is full time Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Property inspections through out the Las Vegas Valley -Vacant Cleans -Emergency Property Clean ups -Hauling items -Day to day property cleaning -Carpet Cleaning - Shift covering -VCT Waxing - Supply pick up and delivery You will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Janitorial Supervisor. You will be assisting with the maintenance department as well as the janitorial department Must have experience in Commercial Janitorial, carpet cleaning, and floor waxing. Bi-lingual is not required but is preferred. MUST have a smart phone Must be willing to work after business hours and on weekends. Our company is a 24 hour company.
