Your Responsibilities This full-time position is an opportunity for a candidate seeking to strengthen their existing skills in the property maintenance field. Candidate must be well-rounded with basic skills and have an understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and grounds upkeep. The candidate will prepare vacant units, complete resident work order requests, accompany vendors, participate in the upkeep of the properties, clean vacant apartments, common areas and grounds/building exteriors and other assigned duties. Your Qualifications A valid Driver’s License is required with access to a vehicle for travel between properties is required. Must live within 20 minutes of Woonsocket. Basic computer literacy for the use of Yardi Maintenance App is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. On-call and snow removal duties.
