Hello. I'm in need of assistance finishing up some exterior house rehab tasks for today and tomorrow, with possibly more work next week for the right person. Perfect cash gig for a younger individual who likes to work outside and get his shoes dirty. Prefer an individual who is local, motivated and courteous.
Tasks:
- Remove old caulk from patio expansion joints
- Remove/Relocate a few wheelbarrows worth of landscaping rocks
- Dig a small trench behind a knee wall to install drainage
- Front yard edging around sidewalk and street curb
- Mow back lawn using my push mower
- More random work if competent
