Grading and Clearing Road / Driveway

Looking to sell a ten acre parcel of land. Right now the road has been taken over and washed out. I just need it graded and cleared so potential buyers can use road to get to the top of the property. I don't want to invest heavily at this point so hoping a box blade or land plane and trimming/removal of all the encroaching manzanita will make it at least 4x4 accessible. Will consider bids or hourly rates. I do not have my equipment in this location so looking for someone who owns or is able to rent it.
