Handyman needed preferably with skills to work with concrete - fix drywall patches and paint -not essential but great if you can work with concrete like leveling of poured concrete - new fans installation, wiring needed for one - replace faulty outlets, switches, etc - add new outlets (outdoor) for installing security cameras (two) - fix toilet seats (loose or replace flushing valves) - other minor repairs around the house please share recent work references, and be prepared to share a copy of a valid driver's license. thanks for viewing and responding!
