Need to remove sliding door panel

Hello, I have an Anderson (old model from 1990's) sliding door I'm trying to get a new dryer in, that's 27", but even with the handles removed, I get a max 26" of space. So I need to remove the sliding panel, just to get the dryer in, as soon as it's in, put it back. Do not damage the tracks or door. I have tools there, but please bring everything you may need.
