Small, local general contractor is looking for a site coordinator. About us: Small GC. Does kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling in Washington DC, Montgomery &; PG Counties. Very busy! What we need: We need a person who can be on site first thing in the morning, 5 days a week. That person has to make sure the site is ready. Make sure the technicians show up. And make sure they have all of the materials they need. We also need that person to be able to communicate, regularly and clearly with all stakeholders if necessary. With an opportunity to make much much more money. We will show you everything you need to know about Construction. MUST HAVE- A desire to work in construction and to learn more about construction. This is NOT a “gig” job. We are looking for a commitment. MUST HAVE - vehicle. MUST HAVE- a reliable phone and reliable phone service. MUST HAVE - patience, ambition, drive, and focus. MUST LIVE IN WASHINGTON DC OR CLOSE TO DC Salary is negotiable. Will be a combination of weekly pay and commission. Contact us with a resume and 2 references.
