looking for a maintenance Technician for Southlands mall in Aurora. Willing to train the right person, great opportunity to learn several trades! responsibilities include: General maintenance and repair of property such as, Basic plumbing and electrical, clogs, light bulbs, leak repair, ballasts, changing filters, etc. Occasional painting and drywall, basic carpentry. Event and holiday set up and teardown. Water feature monitoring ( we will require CPO within 90 days, class is paid for and is online). Southlands is a large outdoor facility with over 1 million square feet of shopping! We have several fun events throughout the year such as concerts, outdoor movie nights, and parades.
