Bernie Little Distributors, Inc. is hiring for a Routing Coordinator/Warehouse Lead. *Clean and cool warehouse! *Paid Weekly! *Family owned business! *Food Trucks free for employees every month! Job Description: Routing Coordinator is responsible for receiving, sequencing, and structuring all orders that are received daily from the Sales Team. The Routing Coordinator is the first step in the order building process as this position makes sure that the orders are perfect before being built. Once all the orders have been received, the Routing Coordinator is responsible for auditing orders that are incorrect and makes sure that the loading of product unto trucks follows the correct sequence. The Routing Coordinator will also serve as a Warehouse Lead when the Night Time Warehouse Manager is not present. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday. Start time: 2pm until done. Responsibilities: - Receive and structure all orders via WMS system. - Audit pallets when they are incorrect. - Supervise all loading of trucks. - Invoices all orders when building is complete. - Controls any swaps or out of stock inventory levels for each order. - Trailer rotation at docks when needed. - Serve as Warehouse Lead when needed. - Helps coordinate and plan daily executions. - Holds warehouse operators to Bernie Little’s safety and attendance standards. Requirements: - Able to operate a forklift and walkie rider safely and effectively. - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Basic communication skills when answering phone calls or training new employees. - Able to handle product weighing up to 40lbs. - Able to move kegs weighing upwards of 170lbs.
