The point is civil unrest is your gripe. You espouse lots of fears about punishment for civil unrest. So why are you cherry picking? Simply you are disingenuous.
Civil unrest is ok to a certain point. We have the right to gather peacefully in public to express opinions. The civil unrest witnessed on Jan. 6 was over the line. I have no fears about being punished for civil unrest because I don't participate. I follow most laws, including not attacking the Capitol Building, as in this case. Dudley Do-Right I am not.
