HELP! LOST DOG! Her name is Charlie, we also call her Char. She got out of my brother's yard last night around 10pm near the corner of Tesla Dr and E La Salle St. She is a chocolate lab, all brown with a multicolored collar and tags. She is shy and anxious so it is unlikely anyone could get close to her. Please reply if you see her!
