Please help bring Penelope home! She got out of our yard without her collar on and was last seen with a woman in her 60s on corner of Yolanda & Ventura who took her into her car & told another woman that she was taking our dog to the shelter. Her mask had a chain on it. This was Monday 10/18 about 7:55 AM This woman has yet to bring her to a shelter and has not responded to any of the other missing posts about our dog. Penny is a petite black pug with almost hairless neck and white patch lower on chest. Her right paw is mainly white and we have tons of photos. Her tongue out a lot ame her ears need to be adjusted a lot. She is 15 months and due for her exam and has a bad left leg that needed to be examined. $750 reward! Please do right thing and give her back. She is my young children’s dog and is their world.
