We are looking for a maintenance technician for a mid-sized property in Winston-Salem. Must be able to work well with others. Full time position with alternating emergency on call. Additional training is offered if needed. Must be trustworthy We are looking for someone with a great work ethic. Insurance available after 90 days, pay based on experience, monthly bonus, paid vacation days, paid holidays, and free apartment available if needed.
