Job Summary: Responsible for set up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned assembly lines. Makes sure correct customer product is on the line. Trains line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements. Makes sure units are packed correctly. Essential Job Functions: • Responsible for Line Clearance • Train line workers on assigned tasks • Order components and product from warehouse when required • Perform reconciliation process • Print LPNs and Placards when required • Assembly line samples • Verifies all lot codes and labels are correct • Continuously monitor and verify quality of work being performed • Ensure open stock delivered to the line is the correct SKU and lot • Prints and submits daily production reports • Additional duties as may be assigned Job Specifications (Includes Education/Certifications/Licenses, etc.) • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish • Proficient with simple mathematical calculations • Ability to efficiently operate computer and hand-held scanners for work functions • Good oral and written communication skills. Fluency/ Proficiency in English required. Proficiency in Spanish a plus • Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD and EXCEL (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
