Learning to drive a manual shift

Hello! I will be having to drive a manual shift vehicle here in a few weeks for a trip that involves city, highway, and a little bit of dirt/off-road driving. It's been over 10 years since I last drove a manual and looking for anyone who has a vehicle that would be willing to meet up for a couple hours throughout the next week to give me an opportunity to practice.
