The basic function of this position is to perform janitorial services at PSCU Financial Services corporate facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for performing activities to ensure the cleanliness of the buildings, grounds, and patios. The incumbent will identify and communicate with Facilities any reported or observed problems related to the restrooms, cafes, and/or any other areas of the buildings, grounds, or patios that may require maintenance to ensure the safety of staff and the cleanliness of all areas.
Role Responsibilities
Perform routine janitorial activities as directed daily within the buildings as well as on the grounds and patios.
Monitor building and grounds to maintain neat and clean visual presentation.
Perform miscellaneous cleaning activities as needed to preserve proper building appearance and safety.
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
The employee is required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.

Role Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum six months experience in all janitorial maintenance required.
