Treasure Valley Door & Trim is a small family business looking for a material handler who has the energy to be part of a well-oiled team. We work in a very fast paced demanding branch of the residential construction industry. We are customer centric and depend heavily on smart phone technology in order to meet our customer’s needs. Our drivers must have a clean driving record and be able to make deliveries throughout the Treasure Valley without restrictions. A successful candidate will be able to lift heavy loads up to 100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Team deliveries require good communication and coordination. Attention to detail is a critical component to performing daily tasks in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Our drivers are expected to be flexible and must be able to adjust daily to changing workloads. Working overtime, when required is mandatory. No Experience is necessary, however prior experience in the residential door or even cabinet industry would be helpful.. Below is a partial list of job responsibilities. • Work closely with others • Keep records of deliveries • Read detailed paperwork • Load and unload Doors and trim • Pull and deliver hardware orders • Check loads for accuracy • Communicate often via company provided iPhone • Navigate new neighborhoods via Google Maps • Use various hand tools as needed • Clean vehicles as needed • Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse • Receive and stock new inventory • Special projects as needed Full time employees earn a competitive wage, paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance and yearend bonuses depending on the team’s success.
