Join us on January 14th for the Blind Tasting of 9 unique examples of Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
Many refer to Cabernet Sauvignon as the king of red grapes. Perhaps that title is due to its ability to grow worldwide in a number of climates, or to the fact that it produces wine with such character yet such diversity. Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world.
Join us on Thursdays January 14th (6:00-8:00p.m.) for the Blind Tasting of 9 unique examples of Cabernet Sauvignon wines. We will taste 9 incredible wines paired with varieties of cheeses, chocolate and a unique appetizer from Chef’s Ann.
The wine bottles will be hidden in brown bags so you will need to rely on your own senses, experience and preferences to evaluate each wine. After each flight, attendees will be asked to vote on their favorite wine in that category.
