The personal assistant to the CEO and CFO of the company focuses on providing personal support under the supervision of the executive assistant. This position requires a seamless transition between administrative tasks and personal errands. The duties require work completion both in the office and offsite while completing errands. Driving and lifting are a part of the daily activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete personal and business-related errands as assigned. • Coordinate home services for the executives and family members as assigned. • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for personal and company vehicles. • Errands may include airport drop off/pick up, dry cleaning, grocery store purchases, prescription purchases, transportation of family members, etc. • Answer vendor calls in a timely manner. • Administrative duties in office will include filing, emails, organizing meeting spaces, meeting onsite vendors for repairs, etc. • Answers incoming phone calls in a timely manner. • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional with a high degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. • Follows PHI security and HIPAA compliance in accordance with federal laws. • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. • Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards; facility policies and procedures; and federal, state, and local requirements. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • HS Diploma or equivalent required. • 2 years’ experience supporting senior level executives in a personal and administrative capacity • Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
