Looking to adopt two kittens or cats

I am interested in adopting two kittens or two cats(younger cats preferred but will consider any age). It's a big plus if the cats/kittens have had shots and are neutered. Females preferred but will consider males as well. I prefer to pay as little as possible since I will already have to pay quite a bit for pet fees where I live. Thanks.
