Position Details Location: Mendota, IL Bonus: $1500 Sign-On Bonus (2 pay outs: 90 days, 180 days) Schedule: 1st (8a-4:30p); 2nd (4p-12:30a); 3rd (12pm-8:30a) Shift Perks: • Increased pay--as 12-hour shift will increase take-home pay as you’ll earn at least 8 hours of OT each pay period. • Work-life balance--with more days off per month you’ll enjoy time away from work. Position Description As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for performing and maintaining the daily activities associated with a production line. This includes housekeeping, safety, quality, maintaining production efficiencies, repair, and maintenance, and minimizing downtime. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Ability to work varying shifts is also required due to equipment changeovers.
