Shingle People Needed for Project

HI! I am a GC looking for several people who have roofing experience to help my crew tear off and install shingles. This roofing project requires going on the roof, steel toe shoes and it would be great if you have your own tool belt with the basics (not mandatory). The first project is a ranch home, 40 squares. I estimate it will take 4 - 6 days with 1-2 for tear off and the remainder for install. Two layers of shingles to tear off. The project should start next week, depending on weather.
